This is where I will put the rather useful technology that are at our disposal.
~~~
Hyperblast - When the element Hermesium was discovered, scientists were baffled. How could a n element with an atomic number past the belt of stability be stable? Nevertheless, element clearly had all of the characteristics of an alkali metal, and was thusly put under the Group IA. However, another particularly odd trait of Hermesium was that when it reacted with water, it exploded in a rather controlled field, but still gave off the same immense amount of energy as expected. Seeing this as an ideal energy source, scientists then added water in controlled amounts, and added air pistons to a power converter which held the Hermesium. What resulted was the first Hyperblast engine, where one could move a short distance at an amazing speed. However, for long term effects, scientists saw it as a potential health hazard, and it was therefore banned to use the Hyperblast engine on any commercial vehicle. Now, the only place to get it is in the black market.
Spectregraph - Not to be confused with the hologram, the spectregraph is a three dimensional sort of "map" of an object or place. The graph itself is composed of various tiny variable metals which are all in the excited state, causing the array of colors to exude. The machine is merely a water-powered electrical engine that spews out these harmless metals and charges them through tiny receptacles on the edges of a circular disc that the metals spew out from.
